Your store's catalog lives in its commerce engine, not in the page design. That's good news: you don't edit pages to add a product, you simply ask. The agent has dedicated tools to add, change and remove products, and to import the catalog of a shop you already run on Shopify or WooCommerce.

Add your own products

Tell the agent what you sell, with a name and a price for each product. A short description helps; the agent writes one in your shop's language if you don't.

Example prompt
Remove all the demo products, then add these 4: "Sand mug" 24 €, "Terracotta bowl" 32 €, "Espresso cup set of 2" 28 €, "Large serving plate" 45 €. Write a two-sentence description for each.

What the agent can do for you in the chat:

  • Add one product or a whole list in one go.
  • Clear the demo catalog before adding yours.
  • Variants — sizes, colours, scents, each with its own price (for example S, M and L).
  • Several photos per product — the first one is the thumbnail.
  • Collections — group products (for example "Accessories") so they can appear in the menu.
  • Edit a price, a photo, a title, a description, or hide a product.
  • Remove a product by its title.
Example prompt
Add a "Linen shirt" at 59 € with sizes S, M, L and XL, and two photos. Put it in a new "Summer" collection and add that collection to the menu.

Tip

Give each product a unique title. Its web address is made from the title, so to change a price or a photo, ask for an edit rather than deleting and recreating the product.

Photos

You have three options:

  1. Your own photos — give the agent the address of a page or an image that's yours, or attach the files in the chat (attachments are included in Starter and Pro).
  2. Photos from your current shop — the import below brings every product photo.
  3. Free stock photos — ask for "a real photo for each product"; the agent searches a free photo library by topic.

Import your existing shop

If you already sell online, don't retype anything. Give the agent the address of your own shop:

Example prompt
Import my products from https://atelier-nour.com — it's my Shopify store.

The import brings titles, descriptions, prices, variants, every photo, your collections and your currency. It works with:

  • Shopify — through the shop's public product data, in most cases without any key.
  • WooCommerce — through the store's public product data.

Warning

An import replaces the catalog currently in the store, demo products included, so the shop matches yours exactly. Do it before you start adding products by hand.

When a Shopify shop refuses the import

Some Shopify shops switch off their public product data. The agent will then ask you for an access key, created in your own Shopify admin:

  1. In Shopify: Settings › Apps › Develop apps, create an app, give it the read_products Admin API scope, install it and copy the Admin API access token (it starts with shpat_).
  2. In FromScratch: open Variables in the project's top bar and add:
    • SHOPIFY_ACCESS_TOKEN = the token,
    • SHOPIFY_STORE_DOMAIN = your xxx.myshopify.com address (Shopify Settings › Domains). Then Save. If you use a newer Shopify app with a client ID and secret instead, add SHOPIFY_CLIENT_ID and SHOPIFY_CLIENT_SECRET in place of the token.
  3. Ask the agent to run the import again. It picks up the keys by itself.

Note

Never paste a token or a key in the chat — always use Variables (Environment variables). Once the import is done you can delete the token from Variables and from Shopify.

Other platforms, or a shop you don't want to connect: the agent can rebuild the catalog from your product pages (titles, prices, options, descriptions and photos).

What the chat doesn't cover

A few catalog settings are easier by hand in the store admin: stock levels, sale prices, nested categories, and changing the options of a single variant after creation. Ask the agent for the admin link and login, or see that guide.

Check your catalog

Ask "list my products" at any time: the agent shows the exact titles, prices and whether each one has a photo. The shop shows a change within about half a minute; if a page still looks old, reload it.

FAQ

Can I import a competitor's shop?

No — the import is for your own shop. Use other sites only as inspiration for the design.

Will the import convert my prices?

Prices come in your Shopify or WooCommerce currency, and the store switches to that currency.

How many products can I add?

The tools add a whole list in one call. For very large catalogs, import them, then check with "list my products".
